Dorset Red has an enticing, amber-coloured body and is encased in a rich red rind, which gradually develops as the cheese smokes over natural oak chippings at a local smokery. Cheese made on the Ashley Chase Estate is instantly recognisable by the ‘Ford Farm’ brand. Many Ford Farm cheeses have been awarded Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status; this provides assurance that the cheese has been made in its own historical region and in keeping with tradition.

Click & Collect FREE - Order online and collect from our Farm Shop, on the A3052 Sidmouth road near Exeter. Collection options include ‘Same day’ (orders placed by 12pm), ‘Next day’ (orders placed by 2pm) or ‘Specified day’ (up to seven days in the future).
Local Delivery £4.95 - We offer a local delivery service for customers living in the EX1 to EX15 postcode areas. Choose from ‘Same day’ (orders placed by 12pm), ‘Next day’ (orders placed by 2pm) or ‘Specified day’ delivery.
Standard National Delivery From £7.95 - Order before 2pm and receive your items the next day, between 8am and 8pm. You can also specify whether you’d like it delivered in the morning or on a different day (Tuesday to Saturday).
Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated polystyrene box and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
